Your cruise will not be guaranteed if you arrive less than 20 minutes before your scheduled departure. In order to guarantee your spot on board the ship, you must arrive 1hr prior to cruise time. Guests who fail to check-in 1hr before their cruise time may have their tickets resold.

We are a family oriented pirate themed day cruise located right in the heart of Clearwater Beach, Florida. Since first sailing into Clearwater Beach Marina, we’ve occupied the very same dock slip for what is now over 40 years. Complimentary beer and wine on all cruises, with champagne complimentary on cruises after 4pm – Adults only 3rd deck. You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund. Captain Memo's hilariously tall red pirate galleon, the "Pirate's Ransom," has terrorized the Gulf Coast for years with 2-hr birthday party cruises and private corporate outings. Based in Clearwater, it now appears to be setting up a new home at the Tarpon Springs docks, close to Spongeorama.

So long as your child is open to participating, their age does not matter. We regularly have toddlers and teenagers as part of our program. Clearwater beach has a healthy population swimming around it’s waters, but we cannot guarantee we will spot them during our cruise. Adults can toast to a beautiful end of the day with glasses of bubbly. Reservations are required and can be made online; same-day reservations will need to be made by phone. Our spirited crew of pirates are individually selected by Captain Memo himself.
StarLite Cruises offers dinner and sightseeing tours in several locations, and can even host weddings and special events. Captain Memo asked what he had to do, and the company said that all he had to do was to get to Clearwater Beach, Florida, and that they would take it from there. So, the two of them sailed some 3000 miles with only $50 in their pocket and a empty case of Coke bottles, only to find out that this travel company was all talk and no “go”.
